raised in northwestern Montana, Neil became very familiar with outdoor
life while spending his early years hunting and fishing with his father. Spending most of his adult years living in Montana with his wife Laurel, he remains inspired by the mountains green with timber and rich with wildlife, and the lakes and streams teaming with fish and adventures.
