1. Q) What credit cards do
you accept?

3. Q) How long will it take
to receive my order?
A) Most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days, and received
within 7 to 10 business days.
4. Q) How will my order be
shipped?
A) UPS ground
5. Q) What happens if my
order is short or my product is damaged?
A) Please contact us by email within 2 days of receipt. Email is
checked 7 days a week and is the best way to exchange phone numbers and
times to call. Include as much order information as
possible. The sooner we know, the better.
6. Q) What if I received my
package and the package is damaged?
A) Our products are packed carefully, using standard approved
methods. Merchandise is is in undamaged condition when
shipped. If transit damage occurs, do not refuse the shipment,
since this causes unnecessary shipping expense and delay. Instead,
promptly file your claim with the carrier for loss or damage.
7. Q) What if I decided to
return my order?
A) A twenty-five (25) percent re-stocking fee is charged for all returns
not due to damage or manufacturer's error. A Returned Goods
Authorization (RGA) must be issued by our Customer Service Department to
receive credit. Refused shipments are returned to stock and the customer
is responsible for outgoing and incoming freight expenses.
Refused shipments may affect customer's future payment options.
8. Q) What if I live outside
the Continental USA and want to purchase your products?
A) We will ship to you, but special arrangements must be made. Please

Shipping costs will be determined on an individual basis.
